Prepress is a critical procedure taken prior to printing. Our design montage team slightly edit the proposed design by the customer; ensuring color matching, image and text adjustments, the creation of a high quality printable file, the box opening and closing plans, and color separation. A 3D virtual box is then created to ensure a well-prepared design. A sample is then created, assuring the size and the closing of the folding box. The sample is also sent to the customer for final confirmation. Lastly, the team manufactures printing plates. Our production team then takes the job from here.
Press is where all the magic happens. We comply with the customer's wide range of material; whether the folding box request is intended to serve cosmetics and tobacco, medical, or food and beverages, ...etc. Then, their order is processed upon their desire of selected offset coating, conventional, or UV. Al Shurook is known for its art in the press subcategory, as it was the first press to offer UV and waterbased dripoff effects. Moreover, our latest addition of hotstamp machine added uniqueness and distinctive features to our printed folding boxes and labels.
As part of our postpress, we offer hot lamination, including matalized, matt and gloss. Our postpress includes creasing, cutting, and embossing. Afterwards, the product is sent to the glueing department where automated gluing occurs to complete the job. We also have the window-patching machine for automated high-speed window addition to the boxes.
Our quality control department reviews the factors contributing in production. The department ensures the product adheres our criteria, and more importantly meets the client's requirements and needs.
After which we deliver our products to our client's door steps!
