Quoting the World Economic Forum "empowering women means a more efficient use of a nation’s human talent endowment and… reducing gender inequality enhances productivity and economic growth. Over time, therefore, a nation’s competitiveness depends, among other things, on whether and how it educates and utilizes its female talent."
Jordan, as many other countries, still suffers the pain and shame of gender discrimenation.
We strongly believe in women capabilities, so we decided to take a courageous step in such a misogynosit society and say "Yes, women are as capable as men!". We decided, its about time we get access to a wider talented pool, to the whole community regardless of gender. In action, we have been hiring more female workers and emplyees yearly. Also, we make sure in our companies, discrimination is abolished through ensuring women are equally paid and have equal opportunities and rewards as their male colleagues.
